From The Grill
All our steaks are sourced from selected 100% pure Irish beef. They have been hung for 21 days and kept at a controlled temperature of between 4°C and 5°C and rotated on a daily basis. Then seasoned and cooked in our special char-grill to sear the outside and keep the inside tender and juicy.
Rare: very red, cool centre
Medium Rare: red, warm centre
Medium: warm pink centre
Medium Well: slightly pink centre
Well Done: cooked through
